StratCorp welcomes new Chief Financial Officer

StratCorp is pleased to announce the addition of John Williams as Chief Financial Officer.  Mr Williams has over fifteen years of investment banking and corporate finance experience.  Most recently Mr. Williams was the CFO at UNITY Mobile.  Prior to joining UNITY Mobile Mr. Williams was a Vice President with Lehman Brother's Mergers & Acquisitions Group in New Your where he advised public and private clients with transactions in the telecommunications and media industries.  Prior to Lehman Brothers, he was Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at AT&T Corp. where he led the completion of M&A transactions and formation of corporate strategies.  He has successfully completed transactions exceeding $25 billion in total value.  Mr. Williams received a BBA from Southern Methodist University and an International MBA from Thunderbird - The American Graduate School of International Management.
