StratCorp Inc., a provider of media, technology and training solutions to government and commercial customers worldwide, has announced the appointment of Robert Riegle as Chief Executive Officer. Riegle joins StratCorp with more than twenty years of successful government, industry and active military service. In this new role, he will be responsible for the strategic direction and growth of StratCorp’s business divisions, which include the provision of leading social atmospheric and Information Operation solutions as well as the Apalach Regional Training Complex (ARTiC), the most capable multi-terrain training platform for war-fighters and law enforcement professionals in the world.
Riegle is a highly regarded expert in domestic intelligence sharing between federal and state and local governments and is recognised nationally as a specialist in Civil Liberties and Civil Rights compliance relating to Intelligence Community and Law Enforcement domestic threat mitigation efforts. Most recently, he was Chief Operating Officer of Mission Concepts Inc., a company he co-founded, and prior to that, the Director of the State and Local Government Program Office within the Office of Intelligence & Analysis in The U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Riegle has served as the DHS representative to the Department of Justice’s Global Justice Initiative, the Co-chair of the National Fusion Center Coordination Group, an advisory member of the Criminal Intelligence Coordinating Council and as a National Intelligence Support Team (NIST) Intelligence Specialist, serving in Operations Iraqi Freedom, Enduring Freedom and Noble Eagle. He has also held senior positions at Booz Allen Hamilton, Chevy Chase Bank and Indeck Power Overseas Ltd.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Government from the University of Maryland and a Juris Doctor degree from The Catholic University of America – Columbus School of Law. He has numerous military awards and decorations including two Combat Action Ribbons, The Joint Unit Commendation Medal, The Joint Unit Achievement Medal, and four Navy Achievement Medals.
